We’re the team that keeps sites safe, tidy, and running smoothly – from highways and utilities to commercial spaces and local communities. We are ISO14001 accredited, prioritising sustainability and environmental responsibility.
EOS was established in 2013, quickly building a reputation for delivering reliable, specialist services in arboriculture and vegetation management. With a strong focus on safety and quality, EOS became a trusted name in the sector.
The Network Plus Group in 2021 completed the strategic acquisition of EOS Contracting Limited. This acquisition strengthen our service offering to the UK's distribution network operators by providing complementary solutions including specialist vegetation surveys and arboriculture activities.
EOS operates across the Midlands and the South East and has secured a number of strategic, long term contracts with leading utility and infrastructure asset owners.
Established in 2007, AC Landscapes and Treeworks provides vegetation management, landscaping, and arboricultural consultancy services across the UK's Strategic Highways and Electricity distribution sectors.
The company operates across the North West, North East, Midlands, and the South West and holds a number of strategic, long-term frameworks with National Highways.
This acquisition allowed us to expand our business's presence in the strategic highways sectors. Providing us with the additional capability to support the water sector with the implementation of nature-based solutions.
In September, 2025 Environmental Solutions Plus was established, growing as it did from the hugely respected environmental services businesses EOS and AC Landscapes.
The passionate people behind those businesses continued to thrive within the Network Plus Group, further cementing their reputation for delivering reliable, high-quality services.
Environmental Solutions Plus represents another exciting period of growth for them and for our business.
